Oshin, a compassionate and dedicated animal lover from Bijli Nagar, Bhopal, has been tirelessly caring for local stray animals for years. Despite her efforts, Mr. Govind Gupta (House No. 47, Prakash Housing Society, Govindpura, Bijli Nagar Colony, Bhopal, M.P. – 462023), a known animal-hater, has repeatedly shown cruelty towards dogs in the past. He has been counseled multiple times, yet today he committed an unforgivable act — he intentionally ran over and killed Chutki, a gentle stray dog under Oshin’s care.
An FIR has been lodged at Ashoka Garden Police Station, but this heinous act of cruelty must not go unpunished. Mr. Gupta is an employee of Western Railway, and we demand strict departmental and legal action against him for this intentional act of animal cruelty.
We request the Hon’ble Commissioner of Police, Bhopal, and DRM, Western Railway, to take immediate and strict action against Mr. Govind Gupta. A person capable of such brutality must not be allowed to serve in a public position. Justice for Chutki is justice for all voiceless beings.
