MP to Host Tech Growth Conclave-2025 in Indore on April 27

Major Step in Implementing Global Investors Summit (GIS) Investment Commitments

Madhya Pradesh is set to host the highly anticipated Tech Growth Conclave-2025 on April 27 in Indore. Organized by the state’s Department of Science and Technology, the event aims to transform the investment pledges made during the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025 into actionable projects. This conclave will serve as a significant milestone in positioning Madhya Pradesh as a leading hub for technology and innovation.

In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the conclave will unveil a comprehensive roadmap for the state’s technological advancement. The event will also mark a critical moment in accelerating the implementation of IT and related investment policies to foster Madhya Pradesh’s emergence as a key player in the national and global tech ecosystem. The conclave will act as an essential platform for tracking investment progress, announcing new policy decisions, and boosting collaboration between the government, industry, and academia.

During the event, Dr. Yadav will make several key announcements, including the groundbreaking ceremony for the IIT Indore Drishti CPS Foundation, the launch of the AI-based Center of Excellence at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), and the signing of significant MoUs for new Centers of Excellence in AVGC-XR labs, along with initiatives aimed at boosting skill development. These announcements will pave the way for greater collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and industries to foster innovation in the state.

Shri Sanjay Dubey, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology, will present the state’s post-GIS-2025 efforts to attract investment in the IT sector. The ceremony will also see the foundation laying of major projects such as LTI Mindtree (IT/ITeS), Indore Super Corridor Campus (Infrastructure), PPP Tower Indore (Infrastructure), CTRLs (Data Center), and Panchsheel (Infrastructure Developer). Additionally, Letters of Allotment will be handed over for key infrastructure projects like SDWAN (Network), Optical Fiber (Digital Infrastructure), and IT Park Plot Allotments for 12 companies.

Over 300 industry leaders, policymakers, and investors will attend the conclave, discussing the growth and investment prospects in Madhya Pradesh’s IT, ITeS, ESDM, Semiconductors, AVGC-XR, Data Centers, Global Capability Centers (GCC), and Drone Technology sectors. The event will provide an opportunity for key stakeholders to explore new avenues for collaboration and review the progress of ongoing investments.

In addition to these initiatives, the event will feature the opening of the AI and Software Development Center (SDC) at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), located in the Singhasa IT Park, Indore. The event will also include the inauguration of Jabalpur IT Park Block B, developed at a cost of ₹25 crore, which will generate over 500+ new jobs.

The conclave will witness the signing of MoUs and agreements for upcoming Centers of Excellence in fields like AI and Cybersecurity, Semiconductors, Drone Technology, and AVGC-XR in collaboration with leading institutions such as DST, MENIT, IISER Bhopal, and IIITM Gwalior. These partnerships will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Madhya Pradesh’s technology ecosystem.

To simplify the investment process, the Madhya Pradesh government will launch a dedicated portal to facilitate real-time monitoring and implementation of projects. Furthermore, four new policy guidelines will be introduced to further enhance the state’s investment-friendly environment.

The conclave will also honor prominent industry figures by recognizing them as MP Brand Ambassadors for their contributions to the state’s digital economy. Following the concluding session, exclusive one-on-one meetings will be held between industrialists and government officials, fostering deeper collaboration.
